Due to COVID-19 We do not have a refund, return or exchange policy, which means that all sales are FINAL.
Damages and Defects
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately, if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Be sure to read, view and select Color Options Carefully due to us NOT replacing your items strictly because of the color you choose.
To report defects, you can contact us at info@shadesbypaige.com If the defect is accepted, we’ll send you a replacement item depending on availability.
You have 24 hours upon receiving your order to report any damages or defects by sending pictures of the problem to the contact us email provided. Any damages after 24 hours will not and can not be replaced.

Most Sunglasses are made up of wood, metal, plastic, rubber, glass and various polishes. We will not be responsible for any reaction to the sunglasses.
