Shipping policy

The processing time for all orders are 3-10 business days. After that delivery time within the United States is 3-10 days and 10-15 business days internationally. Please keep in mind that we are currently in a global pandemic and some carriers may cause delays. Also during holidays or limited edition launches, time may vary. 

We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be effected by customs and natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country or AIR and GROUND transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end changes once the package has been shipped from SHADES BY PAIGE.

Double check your address before you submit your order. We can only send items to the address that was provided and will not replace your order for the wrong address being submitted. 

SHADES BY PAIGE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DISCREPANCIES DUE TO PACKAGES BEING STOLEN BY PORCH PIRATES. PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT SOMEONE IS HOME TO RECEIVE YOUR PACKAGES WHEN THEY ARE DELIVERED.
